Dream Walking: A Place Where I Can See The World But The World Can’t See Me

I walk but cannot be seen. I touch, yet it can be felt. This is my dream walking world.

It seems everyone has a different experience with dream walking, and I would like to share mine with you.

As I lay down to rest, in the liminal space between wake and sleep, spirit touched me on the shoulder, saying, “Wake up, let’s go for a walk.”

Startled, I open my eyes and think I must have dozed off a bit, but now I’m awake, and something really odd is happening.

I look around, and in my peripheral vision, I see a bright, white presence. I know if I look straight at it, it will disappear. That is how I see many of my clairvoyant images, but I really do prefer the ones I can see straight on so I know who or what I’m dealing with.

Before I go anywhere, I activate my senses and diagnose the situation. I quickly scan the bright, white presence, and it passes all the tests. Okay, now I can relax.

I sit up from my bedside and telepathically I ask, “Where are we going?”

“It's just in the other room, the bonus room at the end of the hall,” I sensed from the spirit.

There was nothing special about this room. It was basically a misfit room, a place where we’d put all our stuff that didn’t have an official space.

Confused, I wondered why we didn’t go into my office, where all my cards and crystals were. I thought if something magical were about to happen, that would be the room to be in.

The spirit said, “It doesn’t matter what room we are in; I want to show you something.” Intrigued, I agreed.

“Now, think of a person. It can be anyone you know, family, friends, or anyone you’d like to know, such as a celebrity or any famous person, dead or alive.” Spirit said.

The first person who came to mind was an actor on the show Supernatural, Jensen Ackles. Why? Because I loved the Supernatural series and thought Jensen was the cutest thing. No sooner did I imagine this actor in my mind than he appeared right in front of me in my bonus room. I heard myself gasp in disbelief. The image of him was slightly fuzzy and slightly transparent, but not by much. It was clearer than any of the clairvoyant images I have seen.

It was weird. I could see Jensen standing two feet in front of me, but he couldn’t see me. He was looking in another direction as if he didn’t even know I was there because I wasn't yet I was.

The spirit said, “Now touch him.”

The first thing that came to mind was that I didn’t do a proper scan of this spirit. It’s some kind of pervert in a pretty white light, which I’ve seen before and should have picked up on. But this was not the case.

I said, “No way, I am not having this experience. It is not appropriate; I’m going back to my room.”

The spirit said, “Just wait, touch him on the shoulder.”

I hesitated, but then I thought that would be okay, so I extended my right arm with my index finger pointed—and BOINK, I made contact with his shoulder!

What happened next was pretty cool; then again, this entire experience has been nothing short of unexplainable and mystical.

As I touched Jensen's left shoulder, I saw him reach his right arm over and brush my touch away, like he had a fly on his shoulder he was trying to shoo away.

I felt my eyes open wide because suddenly, something made sense: a puzzle piece in my life. My life was starting to fit together.

What was this brief experience in time all about? Has anyone else experienced this? If so, I have not met that person yet, but I sure would love to get some validation knowing that this is “a thing” that happens, a thing that we can do with just a thought.

So here’s my thoughts. Ever have a feeling that someone touched you on the shoulder, and you turn around, and no one is there, and you just brush it away? Many times, I hear people say, “Oh, I was just touched by an Angel!” Then, they think nothing of it.

What if WE, any of us, can be that Angel? What if we all had this superpower to dream of walking among the world? What if the world has no distinctive time and space, and we can go anywhere or see anyone we want with just a thought?

This is my superpower; it’s amazing, scary, and lonely, but incredibly awesome.
