You Are What You Think
Let's talk about energy. The more you think and dwell on something the more it is present in your reality. Let's keep that in mind when we think, or dwell on the news, covid, problems or negative, lower frequencies.
Instead, and I take the advice from my 93-year young dad, think about the good things in life. Feel happy and show gratitude that you are on the right side of the dirt. Love the small things in life. Show gratitude that you ARE alive and that you have so much to be thankful for.
The more you focus on THOSE feelings, the more they will present in your life. Like a magnet, you are what you think.
