Why Do Life's Lessons Hurt?

Communication is SUCH an important element in life. Communication with ourselves is where many stories will unfold. These "chats in our head" take time but eventually, the ah-ha moments arrive. Why does life have to be so complicated? Because they are lessons to be learned. Like a punch in the arm we'll never forget, these life experiences are that punch. They are painful for reason, so we remember that lesson.

This was me for the past two days. My "punch" got my attention and through chats with myself and Source, amazing lessons were learned, Today is a new day ... just wish it didn't hurt so much.
