What's Going On In Our Insides?
As time goes on there are many changes not only with our mental and emotional health but our physical body as well. Maybe one day we feel amazing with a lot of energy and the very next day, all achy and tired - we didn't do anything different so why the change?
Energy is a weird concept and one that changes by the second. Trust you intuition and when your body feels a certain way, listen to is and plan your day according to how you feel. Some days, it's just good to do absolutely nothing, because on the outside, you look calm cool and collected but on the inside, there's a lot of growth talking place, and that takes a lot out of us.
