Life Is About Change: Bend Or You May Break
Would a different approach help you reach your goals? Life is about change and my life it literally changing by the day. So much going on with family - it's all good - but nevertheless, it's stressful.
Keep your goals in mind. I have a small list that I write everyday and try to check off most of the items on the list, in a reasonable time.
Break old patterns, set new goals and yes, doing so may be a challenge to the mind, body and spirit. Take it slow and one day at a time. We can do this!
