Set what free? I was saying to hubs this morning that I feel so much freer since I left Facebook. Facebook had such a stronghold on me as it does for many people. Energy is an amazing but puzzling thing. When you understand how it works to your benefit, that is a good day. To be strong is to be one step ahead of that dense energy that keeps you in the herd. To find your own lighter energy is that which will make you fly.
