How To Change Patterns of Time

Ever feel like you do the same thing over and over and over again? These are patterns. When we repeat the same routines every day, this creates stagnant energy and does a job on our emotions, which is not good.



These lower density feelings can easily be changing by adjusting your time. This means that by changing your #Timeline, you can change your patterns. For example, when you first wake up, instead of starting your regular morning routine, start it but in a different order.

• coffee

• morning walk

CHANGE TO

• morning walk

• coffee

• shower (add an extra five minutes to shower time)

I have done this several times and it works like a charm!
