Yes, it's the weekend and we try to cram in all the things on our honey-do list in two days. Is this really a good thing to do?


There's constant mental chatter, every day, and there are times when we need to just be. Take time to stop and smell the flowers, listen to the birds, go out in nature and just watch it.


Look at the trees, the birds, the clouds and listen to how nature sounds. Those few moments in time may be enough to reset your mind. Try it, it's necessary.
