BE The Change
We are all in constant change; that's what energy does. If we are stagnant, we are not alive. The key is to keep your energy moving and moving in the right direction. You know when your body feels off - you can do something about it! Adjust your energy by going outside, yes you've heard this a thousand times already, and it's for a reason - it works! Leave your phone inside, go out and be. Look around you and notice details that hide in plain sight. Listen to yourself breathe - take deep breaths because you're more than likely breathing too shallow. Move your inner energy around, and then blow it out with your exhales. You are in control of how you feel but give yourself some time to change. Nothing amazing happens overnight, but you certainly can speed it up.
