Archangel Gabriel; Bend Or You Will Break

Gabriel's name translates to "God is my Strength," and who needs strength now more so than ever? US!

This morning while I was going about my morning routine, I heard, "You gotta bend, or you're gonna break." At first, I was like, "Who is talking to me in a New York accent?" and just laughed. Then I realized how perfectly that statement fits into my life.

The Sacral Chakra, the lovely orange one below our navel, is the chakra that Gabriel oversees. Here is where many of our emotions reside. The past few weeks, I was drawn to amber (orange) like mad, and it was for a good reason.

So, so, so many emotions are running through my head, my life, and I'm sure yours as well. Holding onto these emotions gets SO FLIPPING HEAVY, and I just got done holding onto it all.

Today, I decided to let go of all that I could not change. This includes deep feelings I've been having and also include people who are not on the same frequency level as I am, which disrupts aura energy BIG time - and it's heavy and feels awful. So today, I chose to bend, so I don't break, and it feels so much lighter! I feel good, free, and guess what? Oddly and this emphasizes on "oddly" - I felt so different, that I got on the scale and saw that I was almost four pounds lighter than yesterday!

So like a tree, either we bend or we will break. Spiritual awakening - best diet ever ;-)
