How Do I Prepare For A Reading?

On the days I have a reading, and I prefer to do just one a day, there is a very specific process that I do every single time I have a reading. I know that everyone has their own rituals and whichever works for them is great. Today I'd like to share mine with you!

• I lighten my schedule for the day.

• I chat with Spirit, knowing that in a few hours, I will be connecting with them.

• I have a light breakfast, today will be fresh grapefruit.

• Then I take a shower with the intention of cleansing all my chakras. I call in all my Angels, Guides, Source, and Beings of EXTREMELY high vibration that have my highest good in mind ( I do NOT do protection rituals) to be around my aura today and every day.

• I play soft music in the background all day, before and after.

• I now always wear a blindfold when I do my readings. This makes for a powerful connection for me.

• I raise my vibration with pleasant thoughts, go for a morning walk, connect with nature, and release everything that may be on my mind that may interfere with my connection.

• I prepare the room where the reading will take place (if it's a live reading) water the plants, spray salt and sage, and bring a few crystals of choice in the room and intuitively place them.

• After the reading, I close the energy connection by drawing a quick symbol in the air, usually, a lightning bolt, wash my hands and respray the room with salt and sage.

• I think all the Spirit people who showed up, reground myself, and enjoy the rest of the day.
