Energy Notes: Today Is A Good Day For Solitude

Do you ever wonder if we have an energy quota for the week? We can either spread it out evenly throughout the week or use it all up in a day and be tired for the rest?

Yesterday I had an AMAZING energy day and today, zip. I woke up at 3am and just could not get back to sleep. I'm tired but not grouchy thankfully so today I will chill.

As the stars are saying, today is a good day for solitude and I'll be doing just that. I'm going to paint and focus on vibrant colors of the ocean yes, I will be painting an octopus or at least that's the plan.
